The Journal Me Crazy concept / Vol. 01
Make a little
room in
your head.
For the half-formed thoughts, the very big feelings, and the tiny things you almost forgot. A page can hold all of it.
Borrow a writing prompt ↗You don't have
to make sense.
Just make a mark.
TRY A SAMPLE PAGE MOOD
Curious: follow the thought that asks a second question.
01 / A little nudge
A blank page.
A tiny beginning.
You don't need a grand revelation to start writing. Try one of these sample prompts. Give it a sentence, a doodle, or a whole beautifully untidy page.
POCKET PROMPT / 01
What's a small thing you would like to notice more often?
02 / Fold-out margins
Find your
own rhythm.
01 Arrive without an agenda
Put the date at the top of a page. Start with what you can see from where you're sitting. Ordinary details give an unfinished thought somewhere to land.
02 Let the first line be small
“Right now, I'm thinking about…” is enough. Finish that sentence once, then see whether another follows. There is no daily streak to protect here.
03 Leave something for tomorrow
End with a question, a little list, or a word you want to return to. Your notebook doesn't need a conclusion every time you close it.
03 / Keep a page open
More space.
Less overthinking.
